One of direction of AKVATEX Co LTD is manufacturing of water cleaning filters.

We manufacture mechanical cleaning filters that do not pass in water any admixture (rust or sand) and designed to protect your sanitary engineering, laundry washers, dishwashers and other furnishings that using water in their work.

Our water filters are split into two categories:

• fine cleaning filters (cartridge filter)
• rough cleaning filters (backwash filters)

Cartridge filter includes folding body with built-in removable cartridge that can be easily removed and exchanged to new one.

Backwash filters splits into two other categories:

• mesh filter
• sand filter

Mesh filters used together with sand filters for pre-filtration purposes. For example we use mesh filters as pre-filter for water pump to protect its impeller from large particles.
Sand backwash filters are suit for domestic use. Mechanical particles stops by sand filter and stores there while cleaned water goes to end-user. When sand will saturate with particles the filter needs to be washed. To wash it user should switch filter to reverse mode and run for 5-10 minutes. This process calls backwash.
If using properly sand in filter may work up to 5 years.
